Do all plans include image moderation?

Yes. Text and image moderation are included on every plan. Growth and Pro plans add category toggles, per-category threshold control, keyword lists, and priority support, but core moderation capabilities are the same across all plans.

What are keyword lists?

Growth and Pro plans can maintain a blocklist and an allowlist of specific terms. Blocklisted terms always return a block decision; allowlisted terms always return allow. Useful for platform-specific terminology.

How many credits does each request use?

Text moderation uses 1 credit. Image moderation uses 3 credits.

What happens as I approach my monthly credit limit?

We send email alerts when you reach 80% and 90% of your monthly limit, so you have time to plan ahead. You can upgrade your plan at any time from the billing section of your dashboard.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

Can I add team members to my account?

Growth and Pro plans support adding team members with admin or member roles. Admins can manage settings and other members; members have read-only access to usage, history, and settings. The Starter plan is single-user. Invite people from the Members tab in your dashboard.
